Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 working days.
We will refund back the amount to your shared bank account details shared in the email. We will share the transaction id over the same email trail.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
In case you have not received the product from the logistics company, the product will return back to the Origin (RTO).
In case you wish to re-attempt the delivery of the ordered products, we will escalate the re-attempt of delivery of the said product 2 times only.
We will refund the amount of prepaid orders in case you wish not to get delivery of the product in 15 working days in confirmation with you over email or recording phone call to the shared bank account details on written confirmation.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a return pickup from your delivered address.
To return your product, we will arrange a return pickup from your delivered address.
You will not be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning any items, We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, in such cases third party logistics company will be held liable. You and First Mart Store will raise a discrepency to the logistics company. Refunds in such cases may be delayed or not done.
Every order is eligible for Cancellation before shipping. We do not entertain cancellation of any order when the order is in transit. In such cases, refer to RTO section for refund in prepaid order cases.
